Australian Orders

At Proboxing, we provide complimentary 'standard' shipping across Australia for orders exceeding $99. However, for heavy or bulky items, additional shipping charges will be applicable. Bulky items are labeled 'Bulky' on collection/category pages.

Free shipping is applicable to metro areas, including Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, and Darwin. If the delivery address is outside these metro areas, extra charges may apply.

Orders below $99 will incur charges based on the order weight or price range. Sale, clearance, or bundle items may be exempt from free shipping, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

We do not dispatch bulky items to PO Box or Parcel Locker Addresses. Bulky Items (over 30kgs) can only be delivered to full-time business addresses with staff present. In such cases, your only option is to organize your own freight collection from our warehouse.

Certain items, such as filled boxing bags and other bulky products, are not eligible for free freight and may be subject to additional fees, including truck tailgate surcharges.

We reserve the right to reject and refund any order considered "unviable" for shipping at our discretion. If declined, your only recourse is to arrange your own freight collection from our warehouse.

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times for third-party logistics—anticipate 80% on time and 20% delayed as standard business practice.

If you opt for freight instructions to be left at the delivery address without a signature, please note that it is at your own risk once the delivery is made.

New Zealand Orders

We provide complimentary 'standard' shipping across New Zealand for orders exceeding $150. However, shipping is unavailable for for heavy or bulky items. Bulky items are labeled 'Bulky' on collection/category pages.

Orders below $150 will incur charges based on the order weight or price range. Sale, clearance, or bundle items may be exempt from free shipping, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to reject and refund any order considered "unviable" for shipping at our discretion. If declined, your only recourse is to arrange your own freight collection from our warehouse.

Standard Delivery

Proboxing ships parcels using Australia Post E-Parcel, Aramex, and Direct Freight services. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery in Australia. Allow 7-14 days for delivery in New Zealand.

Upon dispatch, a 3rd party logistics tracking number will be sent to you via email. It is the buyer's responsibility to track the parcel, not the sender.

Delivery may or may not require a signature, so please choose an address where someone is available during business hours to receive the purchase. If no one is available, a notification card may be left, indicating that the parcel is awaiting collection at the nearby Post Office.

Please note that the delivery timeline cannot be guaranteed. We do not accept claims for consequential damages due to 3rd party logistics delays or acts of God.

Delivery of Bulky and/or Heavy Items:

For orders containing super Bulky and/or Heavy items, additional shipping charges may be applicable beyond our specified metro mainland areas.

Charges for Bulky items are determined based on weight or price range. A shipping fee will be assigned at checkout. No extra or hidden charges will apply.
